During your initial visit to Mfryxe, we will go over your health history which includes any current and past reasons for seeking massage therapy. During your first visit we will be conducting a postural evaluation, hands on treatment as well will be shown some home care techniques to compliment your treatment

Standard therapeutic / deep tissue massage that focuses on the trigger points aka knots we all feel in our muscle tissue. This style of treatment uses lotion and can be a a bit more uncomfortable depending on the trigger point.

*Massage Therapy may have some side effects of pain, tenderness, swelling, bruising, stiffness, fatigue, emotional release.  Every effort will be made to reduce the side effects but sometimes they occur as a normal outgrowth of manual therapy. Side effects may arise in the days or weeks following treatment.

Massage therapy is a gentle and effective way to promote breast health and relieve symptoms of discomfort.

Breast Massage with Katelyn 90 minutes

This ultra-light, gentle hands-on approach releases tensions deep within the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole body health. With light touch, restrictions can be released in the soft tissues surrounding the CranioSacral System, which includes membranes and CSF fluid that surround, protect and nourish the brain and spinal cord. Various locations of the body are tested for ease of motion and rhythm. Overall, it is about connecting the nerve roots in the body to its surrounding connective tissue.

Myofascial Cupping Therapy applies a negative pressure on the skin using plastic or silicone cups. The suction created by the cups stimulates and increases local blood flow, which may help relieve joint and muscle pain, reduce inflammation and increase overall wellbeing.
*** some cupping applications can CAUSE bruising, some cupping techniques may not bruise, speaking with your therapist helps ensure the quality of your treatment***
