Standard therapeutic "deep tissue" massage that focuses on the trigger points aka knots we all feel in our muscle tissue. This style of treatment uses lotion and can be a a bit more uncomfortable depending on the trigger point.

*Massage Therapy may have some side effects of pain, tenderness, swelling, bruising, stiffness, fatigue, emotional release.  Every effort will be made to reduce the side effects but sometimes they occur as a normal outgrowth of manual therapy. Side effects may arise in the days or weeks following treatment.
